Hoorah! A cryogenic catastrophe has been averted.
As to why it has started working again... well I'm afraid that my inquisitiveness will be taking a back seat for a while. (And Mrs C need never know of my foolishness)

I hope the contents are backed up (always a good idea), as I'm not sure it will stay working..
My last mobile died when my mate's toddler put it in her full 'starter potty'. Well I assumed it had died.
