"We are not able to respond to you on any specific queries sent to this inbox"
Well silly me, sending it to 'General Enquiries'
Will try again using another one. Maybe the 'Late Subscriptions Payment' address might get more notice.

They are such a useless bunch! It drives me up the wall to know that we have to pay for them ourselves. Keep persevering though. (And put up that post about them!)

Presumably your mistake lay in submitting a "specific enquiry". A "general enquiry" would have been OK.
