I have spotted something that Mr Binyam Mohamed has in common with all the other detritus we are getting back from Guantanamo Bay.........

The Rivers Of Blood are getting dangerously near to flood level. People whom this country has received and supported with benefits should be trying a little bit harder to avoid negative publicity. The sort of person who might feel compelled to take out his anger and frustration at perceived ingratitude and disloyalty will not be stopping to check the credentials of the non-white target of his actions.

For what reason was he originally given permission to reside ? I don't recall Britain ever having subjecting Ethiopia to colonialism, nor is that country yet in the EU.

I do not condone torture and perhaps we were right to pressure the US in his case but a flight direct to his home ( or Afghanistan/Pakistan if he prefered ) would have been more appropriate.
He can now be assured of a full benefits package plus a tsunami of support from fake charities and his Human Right to family life will ensure that he can bring them over too unless he is too busy suing MI5 courtesy of the taxpayer.

Why do we always end up with the dross of every country in the world? I agree with Lily and SomeBloke.

Any ideas on how to get a fake passport as I fancy an Afghan holiday. i can have a wander around not doing much until I get arrested by the Yanks and then an all expenses paid stay in Cuba until they let me come back to the UK. Everything should be fine I just can't be sure they will let me back into the UK being English and all that, would it help if I pretended to be Ethiopian or anything? Any ideas perhaps we could get a coach load up together.

This is a man never convicted of any crime, and who was tortured. Giving him safe haven is the least we can do.
Anyone who disagrees can go and be tortured in his place.

If he had been tortured in his own country (Ethiopia), you would have a point.

He wasn't so you don't. Send him home.

He obviously likes Afghanistan since that's where they picked him up.

If we were a stronger country we'd just drop him off back there.
