Amazon Kindle

You can now download my book from Amazon's Kindle Store here. I haven't tried one of these newfangled Kindles yet, so if you've got one let me know what you think of it.

Have also just watched the film Harry Brown and it's given me a few good ideas for how to pass the time when I become a pensioner. It is a real Christmas feel good film about a friendly old man who loves loves nothing better than to play a quiet game of chess with his friend and then murder a few drugs dealers. Inspirational stuff.

This country would be a much better place if all pensioners were like Harry Brown!

Got a kindle the other day and your book was the first one that I downloaded - very good btw!

The kindle is fantastic as it is "electric ink" there's no glare so it's very easy on the eyes. Also turning the pages is super easy as the forward and back buttons are replicated on both sides which makes it super easy. To anyone who says that they will always "curl up with a book" it's way easier to actually curl up with the kindle as you can hold it in one hand and turn the page with the little finger:)

I still love books but doubt I'll buy many more and once the current pile is done I might be finished with print for good...

I hope you know that drug dealers are not all that unpopular. In fact they are much saught after.
And not without teeth.
Better to go after politicians later. Nobody likes them.

Aw. I like books. I was in Waterstones today and it was pretty dead. I assume everyone's buying from Amazon and kindling. You won't be able to look at books 'in the flesh' before long. Town centres will just be Starbucks and Tesco Express. It all feels a bit inhuman to me, doing everything on line. Sad.

I don't have a Kindle, but if the book ever becomes available as a simple, ordinary ebook I can read on my PC, I'll buy it.

There doesn't seem to be many books in out local library either. Loads of computers though.

I took up scambaiting when I retired. As scammers tend to be in Nigeria, murder isn't really an option.

Cabbage - you can download it from amazon onto your PC; you just need to download the (free, and very easy-to-download) Kindle app from amazon too.
